Why Choose Us?
Our office specialises in Digital Nomad applications. We attend all conferences, training sessions, and Q&A events with the Director of the Digital Nomad Office to stay fully updated on changing requirements.
Despite recent regulatory changes, we have successfully guided all our clients through approval — even those affected by new rules mid-application.
Start to Finish Support
Unlike many services that stop at approval, we support you:
3–4 months before submission
During preparation and application
Through approval
Until you receive your TIE card
And for 3 months after, while you settle into Spain
We understand how overwhelming Spanish bureaucracy can feel — we experienced it ourselves when moving to Spain. That’s why we prioritise clarity, communication, and careful preparation.
Our goal is simple:
To make your Digital Nomad application smooth, clear, and successful.
If you would like clarity on your situation before starting the Digital Nomad application, we offer a one-hour consultation at our office or via Zoom.
During the session, we review the latest updates from the Digital Nomad Office and go through the requirements in detail, explaining how they apply specifically to your work and personal circumstances. We clarify exactly which documents you need, which ones may take longer to obtain, and how to prepare them correctly. This includes guidance on apostilles and translations, as well as how employment contracts, company letters, CVs, invoices, payslips, bank statements, and Social Security documents should be structured to meet immigration requirements.
We also explain the full application process, including forms, government fees, NIE requirements, timelines, silent approval, and the steps that follow approval such as obtaining your TIE card, registering at the town hall (Padrón), and Social Security registration. If needed, we can also address general questions about taxes, renting, schools, banking, and settling into life in Spain.
The goal of the consultation is simple: you leave with clear answers, a solid understanding of the process, and a clear plan of action.
The consultation fee is €124 + 21% VAT (total €150), payable by bank transfer before the appointment.
